Machinery rental and logistics sector Armac recorded a net profit of R$ 38.3 million in the third quarter of 2025, a decrease of 37.0% from the net profit of R$ 60.8 million in the same quarter of 2024.
According to a message attached to the third quarter’s income statement, the company cited higher finance costs due to higher interest rates and higher depreciation expenses for the period as factors for the deterioration in the annual comparison.
According to the income statement published on Tuesday night (11th), net revenue for the third quarter of 2025 was 494.5 million reais, a decrease of 0.5% compared to the same quarter 2024 revenue of 496.9 million reais.
The company’s EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) for the third quarter of 2025 was R$198.3 million, an increase of 1.1% compared to the same period last year’s EBITDA of R$196.2 million.
