How to prepare
- Beat the eggs with a mixer for about 2 minutes until well incorporated.
- Add condensed milk and milk and mix again until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Melt the sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until it turns a caramel color.
- Carefully add the water and stir until the caramel thickens and becomes glossy.
- Spread the syrup on the bottom of the pudding mold and pour the blender mixture over it.
- Place the mold on a large baking tray filled with boiling water (water bath) and bake in a medium oven (180℃) for about 45 minutes.
- Check doneness by inserting a fork. It will come out nicely, but the center of the pudding will still be slightly creamy.
- Let cool completely before removing from mold.
