Luxembourg condemns Neymar’s attitude after Flamengo vs. Santos controversy
Regarding Neymar, we clarify that there has been no recent contact between Fluminense and the player or his staff. Fluminense has great respect for Santos and, understandably, the club and the player are 100% dedicated to winning the remaining matches of the Brazilian Championship.

This is not the first time that interesting information about Fluminense and Neymar has spread. News of the reconciliation between the two sides broke during the Club World Cup midway through this season. Mario Bittencourt has said he would like to welcome a star player to the club in 2024.
Neymar is currently guarding Santos. He played in 23 games this season wearing the Peixe uniform. The star’s name has been the subject of much discussion this week following his controversial appearance in the Brazilian Championship match between Flamengo 3 × 2 Santos.
Neymar was substituted at the end of the second half, angering the club’s technical committee. Starr went straight to the locker room, making others uncomfortable. Clark Neto and Wanderlei Luxembourgo were among the celebrities who criticized the player after the match.
