Construction company Gafisa recorded a net loss of R$92.1 million in the third quarter of 2025. This was an increase of 37.1% compared to the net loss of R$ 66.8 million recorded in the same quarter of 2024.
The company said this result was primarily driven by financing costs, which enabled it to renegotiate short-term debt.
According to the income statement published on Thursday night (13th), net revenue for the third quarter of 2025 was R$120.8 million, a decrease of 45.2% compared to the same quarter of 2024, which had a revenue of R$220.6 million.
In the third quarter of 2025, the company’s EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) was negative R$ 66.2 million, more than three times the negative EBITDA of R$ 20.1 million in the same period last year.
