A 21-year-old has been arrested and formally charged in the death of a 15-year-old boy who was shot and killed at 141st and 45th Street last September. Arrests were made within hours, and the incident, which had been classified as “unlawful injury,” was reclassified as “murder aggravated by use of a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm for conditional civilian use.”
The detainee is accused of fatally stabbing a teenage boy on the corner of 141 and 45 on Sept. 22 as part of an attempted robbery. That night, patrol officers responded to a report of a gunshot wound and found a minor lying on the street with two gunshot wounds, one in the hip and one in the shoulder, with a long .32 caliber revolver, magazine and sheath on the ground.
The minor died on October 31 after spending several weeks in the intensive care unit at the Alejandro Cone Hospital in Melchor Romero due to the third impact on the spine. As a result, the UFI Division 2 of the La Plata Justice Department, headed by Prosecutor Bettina Racchi, intervened in the case.
Finally, the young man voluntarily presented himself to DDI La Plata with his lawyer and was formally detained and left at the discretion of the Prosecutor’s Office for investigation.

The final farewell to the young man took place in the cemetery of La Plata in the framework of a memorial service attended by friends and acquaintances.
