Exhibition curator Marcello Dantas revealed that Sérgio Camargo collaborated with Oscar Niemeyer on the creation of the sculptural panels for Brasilia’s Itamaraty Palace, which opened in 1967.
“This monumental work, composed of white marble reliefs, is one of the milestones in the integration of art and architecture in Brazilian modernism,” emphasizes the expert.
