All these are integrated NF methoda training that lasts 9 months and is the result of 20 years of research, self-awareness, and healing. She defines it as a combination of yoga philosophy, holistic tools, and emotional release techniques. During the first 6 months, you will learn about the theory of the method and various holistic disciplines (meditation, pranayamaAsana, Manifestation, Ayurveda, etc.) and attend talks by health experts. The other three are focused on getting the tools to practice and teach.

– Is it a show?

-No, it’s not just a show. It is an experience of collective empowerment. Each performance is experienced as a modern ritual of positive energy, laughter, and release.. An invitation to manifest your dreams from a state of lightness, gratitude, and connection. Tickets are on sale now on Platenet or at the theater box office.

-What made you decide to go to the theater?

-I want to help you. I want people to be able to free themselves from patterns that they repeat and that are very hurtful. We live from separation and create problems from it. Separation from others and from oneself is the root of suffering. We compare ourselves. The mind becomes active and begins to judge. We believe in ideas that are not our own, definitions that someone once imposed on us. And from there, We believe that suffering is inevitable. Today, we are more connected to our phones than we are to ourselves. We look outward, desire what we don’t have, and compare ourselves to life that isn’t real. And that only creates unhappiness, emptiness, and disconnection. For me, theater is a bridge. A space where this can be talked about, shown, and changed. A place where we can see each other without screens or filters. And perhaps we can begin to remember who we really are.

-Some people question your method and say it doesn’t cure it…

-no. My method won’t cure it. complement. And most importantly, it’s available to everyone. for example, It is scientifically proven that tools such as meditation and the use of mantras can improve. self-esteemcan also reduce anxiety and release trauma and emotional blocks.. This is not a magic or empty formula. It is a return to the body, to the present, to being.

-What is your journey and how did you get here?

-When I was 14 years old, I was diagnosed with psoriasis. I was told it was a psychosomatic illness. Then I asked myself a question. “If I create this, can I also heal it?” And that’s where my path began. I deeply believe that each person is the protagonist of their life and that everything that happens outside of us is a reflection of what is happening inside.

“This is more than just a show. It’s a collective, empowering experience,” Franz admits.Provided by: Nati Franz

The tools I’m sharing today, tapping, yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation, do not “cure.” But they open the door to real change. Choose again. To stop fighting with myself.

–So how did you cure your psoriasis?

“It went by in a blink of an eye.” One click. I decided to completely change my life and take 100% responsibility. I started observing myself. For example, I noticed that sleeping with my brother makes me very uncomfortable. We were always fighting. So I made a decision that changed everything. I went to the attic of the house. I spent almost a year working alone to get away from it and have my own space. It was my first act of conscious self-care.

Also I started questioning my habits. I found myself criticizing myself, complaining, and living at war with myself and the world. So I decided to do the opposite: I wanted to start from scratch. I transferred schools. I didn’t want them to have any concept of me. Start from 0. I replaced frustration with gratitude, practiced smiling every day, and changed my personality.

-As?

– In small everyday actions. A simple but courageous decision. It didn’t happen from one day to the next. But step by step, I was reborn. Not only has my skin completely changed; I got rid of my psoriasis (at the time I didn’t know what the disease would be until today) and my skin was completely healed. I just became a different person. He had a completely different attitude. He was a positive person who knew what he wanted and wasn’t going to stop until he achieved it. So it’s a simple change, but it’s intentional. I remember important moments. If you want another possibility and give it to them, things will naturally appear to us. one day, I found a book next to the microwave. It was always there. I had never seen it before. 7 spiritual laws for successWritten by Deepak Chopra. When I opened it… everything I wanted to know was written there. I decided to read it every day. He repeated over and over what he wanted from me. writing. Law. Transforming my inner dialogue, We have started various services. Although I was small, I worked hard, helped in the soup kitchen, cooperated in the villa, and did many social activities. Whatever it was, I was there giving something. that It really helped me get out of the victim role and feel like the protagonist.. And it’s very plentiful.

What you think about is what you are trying to manifest. That’s what you say. And your actions reflect all of that. No more. we already have everything.

–What made you start tapping?

-was When I was 20 years old in Spain, I went to see a traditional psychologist. Techniques to get rid of ruminating thoughts And negativity. We then use emotional release techniques that work with ancient psychology, and cognitive techniques that use Chinese medicine’s acupuncture points on the body’s meridians, like acupuncture. It’s a knock.

-Does it break the traditional paradigm of psychology?

–Yes, certainly. I like both. I also use traditional remedies. But perhaps in a traditional session, the person often repeats his or her story over and over again. He says it again, reliving the trauma and transmitting it to his body and mind as if it were the first time. result? Instead of solving the problem, it often becomes stronger. It will be activated again. instead EFT’s approach is different. He does not deny the pain, but he does not continue to live in it.Today we know that tools like tapping can reduce stress levels in minutes and are scientifically proven. You don’t have to understand everything from your head to start healing from your body.. Because the body stores memories and also knows how to release them. This method is meant to complement, not replace. This is part of a new way of looking at mental health that is more comprehensive, faster, and most importantly within everyone’s reach.

-How does this work?

-To give you a simple example, if you have negative thoughts or feelings and you don’t let go of them, they turn into feelings. That emotion begins to direct your actions and decisions…and often it leads you down a path that ultimately makes you ill: anxiety, insomnia, panic attacks, migraines, psoriasis, irritable bowels… Everything that “seems” on the outside often starts on the inside with something we haven’t been able to release.

–So what does tapping have to do with that?

-all. because Tap to unlock. By gently tapping specific points on your body, energy is released. Your body starts to wear out. Emotions are relaxed. My thoughts clear up. And you quickly move away from that place of stagnation or blockage.

I would like to share my personal experience. When my son Gonzalo was young, he was trapped in an elevator with his brother-in-law and nephew. He was completely traumatized. I was never allowed to ride an elevator again. But we lived on the 20th floor. It has become complicated. So on the third day, I tapped it. A few minutes later…we were going up in the elevator. Fearless. No drama. It works.

–And what about those who say it’s a simple vision?

-I tell them it’s easier to live with pain and fear than to dare to get out of it. But change is a decision. A decision to stop identifying with suffering. A decision to break with the beliefs that bind us and the stories we tell ourselves over and over again. Everything in life is movement. Nothing is static. And we all have disabilities, traumas, and scars. The question is, do you want to keep living with it, or do you want to free yourself and live your life? Because we often live as if we will never die. And we die without truly living. So much drama has accumulated…and so little joy has been experienced. It is possible to free yourself through tapping, meditation, and awareness. It’s fast, easy, and most importantly, effective. It is urgent to live. And now it is. True freedom begins with taking responsibility for your life. If we all worked our bodies, minds and souls according to our talents, the world would be different. Where there is hatred today, there will be abundance. Where there is fear, there will be love. And where there is chaos, there will be existence.
