According to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), in 2024, Latin music will reach an impressive milestone, generating $1.4 billion in revenue in the United States, an 18% increase from the 2005 record.
This is the third year in a row that the genre has surpassed 1 billion in revenue. This is largely thanks to the rise of streaming platforms, which account for 98% of revenue.
