The name “A Noitinha” comes from the nearby famous “A Noite” building, a historical symbol of central Rio. The project was included in City Hall’s Restoration Centro Plan, which encourages local real estate revitalization and residential occupancy.
With an estimated public sale price (PSV) of R$65 million, the building will also feature a rooftop leisure area, including a lighted infinity pool, and an active façade that integrates the ground floor into the living of the plaza.
