The property in question is the Atenas Building in Pinheiros, a few meters from the corner between Calle Rebucas and Calle Faria Lima. This area has become the most valuable business district in the country in recent years.
The building, which has 14 floors above ground and has a leasable area of 6,759 square meters, is fully occupied and includes tenants such as Polengi, American Airlines, and Takaoka. Kinnair said the deal will generate a profit of R$44.1 million for its real estate fund KN1R11. Grupo Folha is currently paying R$38 million, with the remainder to be paid over the next two years.
