On Wednesday afternoon this week, a 66-year-old Chilean man was found dead in a room at the Holiday Inn Hotel on Professor Milton Rodríguez Street, Anembi Park, in the northern zone of São Paulo.

According to the military police, personnel were dispatched around 1 p.m. to respond to a sudden illness. At the scene, a representative from the company hosting the event the man was attending alerted police that the man had not shown up for the day’s scheduled activities.
When a hotel employee and a member of his company entered the room, they found the guest lying next to the bed with no vital signs.
The Mobile Ambulance Service (SAM) team was alerted and he was confirmed dead.
The case was registered as a suspicious death by the 13th Police District of Casa Verde, which requested an examination to determine the circumstances of the death.
