Cielo accelerates integration with banks, sees AI as ‘biggest technology revolution’ | Finance

The executive also said he wants all executives at the company to have an “aha moment” when it comes to AI. “Before solving a problem in traditional ways, before thinking about anything else, ask yourself what AI solutions can be implemented and executed.”

Cielo is also proceeding with business restructuring toward “intelligent management.” According to Bassols, innovations such as “machine” automatic pick-up points have significantly reduced delivery times in logistics, and the application of AI in the chain has saved R90 million in costs.
