The company says it will employ more than 500 experts across about 100 different services. This activity is aimed at cleaning areas that are not accessible while the system is in operation, as well as installing new equipment, electromechanical adjustments, safety inspections, and reviewing and replacing parts.

Operation of the Kanto system is expected to resume in stages after the service ends, and production capacity is expected to reach 100% by 2 a.m. on the 26th.
Therefore, Cedae recommends residents stockpile water in advance and postpone high-consumption activities during maintenance periods. Distribution in the areas where the service is provided is the responsibility of the Aguas do Rio, Igua and Rio + Sanamento concessionaires, depending on the area of operation.
