Cosan announced this Friday (14th) the resignation of Rodrigo Araujo Alves from his position as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations. Alves will also hold the same position at Motiva (formerly CCR).
Effective December 5, Raízen’s head of finance, Rafael Bergmann, will assume the role of vice president of finance and investor relations.
As announced to the market, Mr. Pedro Isamu Mizutani, Mr. Luis Enrique Calles de Beauclerc Guimarães, Mr. Silvia Brasil Coutinho and Mr. Vasco Augusto Pinto da Fonseca Díaz Junior have also resigned from their positions as members of the holding company’s board of directors.
Mr. Andre Santos Estevez was elected as Vice Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Renato Antonio Secondo Mazzola and Mr. Ralph Gustavo Rosenberg were elected as Advisors.
