On the morning of this Friday (November 14), a nine-month-old baby was raped to death by her father in the family home in Santo Antonio do Descoberto (GO), which surrounds the Federal District.
At around 11am, DF Military Police (PMDF) received a call to their DF-180 from an app driver who was transporting a mother and child to the Emergency Treatment Unit (UPA) in Samanbaia (DF). The girl was found to be in very serious condition and in the infirmary with obvious signs of sexual assault.
Medical teams at UPA continued to try to rescue the victim, but the girl was unable to resist her injuries and died. Multiple wounds were found on her body. The mother told police that the baby’s father was the perpetrator of the attack.

Based on this testimony, teams from the PMDF’s 11th and 8th Battalions began a search that led them to the family’s residence in Goias City, where the crime likely occurred. Police found bloodstained clothing, a cell phone, precision scales and traces of a substance similar to cocaine inside the home.
The site was preserved until the Military Police of Goiás (PMGO) and technical expertise arrived and began an investigation.
The suspect was located and arrested in Caylandia. The arrest was jointly carried out by police officers from PMDF’s 11th Battalion and 10th Battalion.
