Recife (PE)-born Brega funk singer VT Quebradeira, 24, was arrested on Tuesday night (November 11) on suspicion of harassing and offending passengers with racist insults during a bus trip. The incident occurred in a Cathedral vehicle traveling from São Paulo (SP) to Natal (RN).

According to civil police, the artist boarded the ship in Goiania (GO) and was heading to Natal, where he would perform in a show. During the trip, he allegedly harassed a passenger sitting next to him.
The victim told police the singer asked them to share a blanket and she agreed. The woman then made sexual gestures and comments, and the woman left. When faced with this rejection, the man allegedly responded with a racist insult, saying, “You don’t even like black women, you monkey.”
The incident occurred when the bus stopped at the Sobrazinho bus stop in the Federal District. After filing the complaint, the vehicle was taken to Police Station 35 (Sobradinho 2), where the singer was arrested red-handed.
