A Spanish woman living in Finland describes her schedule as follows: "We had dinner very late, at 7pm."

Each country has its own traditions and schedules. Therefore, it is not surprising that in Finland they follow a completely different lifestyle than in Spain.. And, as Anna Matea, a young woman who has lived there for 10 years, said, she not only follows a different model, but also poses difficult problems in reconciling her life with the lives of her children.

Through TikTok, the woman explained “what the school schedule is like” in this country. Because, as he stated, the problem is that it doesn’t always get done because dinner time is usually 6pm and “extracurricular activities are very early.” “School starts at 9 o’clock on the 3rd day and at 8 o’clock on the 2nd day of the week. And some days it ends at 2pm and some days it ends at 12pm. and 1 p.m. on the remaining three days,” he said.

Therefore, even if your child attends the same center, the schedule and class times may not always be the same. ”The oldest one is 24 hours, but it’s actually 26 hours. However, those two hours are for math, Japanese, and English support classes, which are not necessary, so I only do them 24 hours a day. The girl goes to school 22 hours a day, and her course is also 24 hours long for the same reason.”

The good thing is that by spending so much time at the center, you also have time to eat. “School meal duty begins at 10:20 a.m.” Then, all classes and teachers finish eating by 11:20, as the preschool class begins. “When they get home at 12 p.m., 1 p.m. or 2 p.m., they’ll snack on something big or small, depending on the time.”

As a result, she and her children are forced to eat dinner later, around 7 p.m., while most of their neighbors “already have dinner by 4 p.m.” “We understand this may come as a shock, but It’s a pain, but you’ll get used to it. And we won’t stop eating five meals a day“Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, and a little time before bed for those who are hungry. The kids always eat something. Sometimes I eat, sometimes I don’t,” he explained.

The video quickly went viral through TikTok, reaching nearly 90,000 views in just one day. There were also many comments that were surprised by the shocking schedule. “But what a hassle!” “What an enviable schedule. We want to have a similar schedule here in Spain with our children.” “The customs of each place are so mysterious that even though the rhythms are different, everything works out in the end.” Messages such as “God, I’m going to starve to death” were the most notable.
