Russia and North Korea have signed a media cooperation agreement that provides for the exchange of information between state and civilian services, the Russian Embassy in Pyongyang announced today.
“This agreement opens new prospects for expanding the partnership between Russia and North Korea and lays the foundation for deep and mutually beneficial cooperation.”said a statement compiled by the RIA Novosti agency.
The document was signed by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Media and the Information Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
