Disclosure/PF
According to the PF, unauthorized use of remotely piloted aircraft is an administrative offense and can be a crime under Brazil’s criminal and aviation laws.
The operation of drones is strictly prohibited in areas related to the conference and presidential security, especially in areas close to Belém International Airport, Cidade Park, port facilities, and in areas where President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (PT) is present.
Federal police will continue to carry out the necessary surveillance and neutralization measures to ensure the safety of the event and the integrity of all participants.
