4. Indonesia – Became an initial member on November 6-7, 1989

5. Japan – Joined APEC on November 6-7, 1989

6. South Korea – Participation from 6 to 7 November 1989

7. Malaysia – Entered the first wave on 6-7 November 1989

8. New Zealand – Registered 6-7 November 1989

9. Philippines – Officially united November 6-7, 1989

10. Singapore – Joined APEC on November 6-7, 1989

11. Thailand – Including the first members from 6 to 7 November 1989

12. United States – Registered November 6-7, 1989

13. China (China) – Joined the Union on 12-14 November 1991

14. Hong Kong – Registered 12-14 November 1991

President Prabowo’s presence at the 2025 APEC Summit in South Korea represents an important impetus for Indonesia to demonstrate its commitment to strengthening international economic relations, as well as opening up more investment and cooperation opportunities in the future.
