5. Reading of the text of the Pancasila.
6. Reading of the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution.
7. Delivery of Hero messages (adapting to committee decisions).
8. Message from the Master of Ceremonies.
9. Reading of the prayer.
10. The Ceremony Commander returns to report to the Ceremonies Supervisor.
11. Final greetings to the Master of Ceremonies led by the Ceremony Commander.
12. The ceremony is declared concluded.
