Jakarta (ANTARA) – The enthusiasm of BLACKPINK or BLINK fans in Indonesia has reached its peak again ahead of the concert titled DEADLINE: BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR 2025 which will be held at the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) Main Stadium in Central Jakarta on November 1 and 2, 2025.
To ensure the concert experience goes smoothly, promoter iMe Indonesia has also published a comprehensive guide on how to exchange tickets invest event for all ticket holders.
This concert is one of the most anticipated this year, with thousands of BLINKs from various regions of Indonesia ready to flock to GBK to see Jennie, Jisoo, Rose and Lisa perform live.
So that there is no confusion on implementation day, here are the official guidelines you need to pay attention to.

Guide to Exchange BLACKPINK Tickets 2025 on GBK
The exchange of concert tickets will be done directly in the South Parking area on the east side (Southeast Plaza) of GBK, precisely near the Bung Karno statue.
This process must be done to get bracelet or a physical ticket that is the primary entry point places. Below is the complete ticket exchange schedule established by iMe Indonesia:
For the first day of concerts (1 November 2025):
Exchanges are open from 28 to 31 October 2025 from 10:00 to 21:00 WIB and from 1 to 2 November 2025 from 09:00 to 19:00 WIB.
For the second day of the concert (2 November 2025):
Exchanges are also open from 28 to 31 October 2025 from 10:00 to 21:00 WIB and from 1 to 2 November 2025 from 09:00 to 19:00 WIB.
First and second day concert ticket holders can exchange tickets on the same day, as long as they use the same email address used when ordering.
Ticket exchange conditions
- Please ensure that your e-voucher or proof of ticket purchase has been received via the email used when purchasing your tickets.
- Please carry original ID such as KTP, SIM or passport for verification purpose.
- Changes can only be made by holders of valid tickets with the appropriate email address present in the purchase data.
If the exchange is carried out by another person, the representative must bring:
- Power of attorney with stamp from Rp. 10,000 which was signed by the ticket owner.
- Printed electronic voucher.
- Photocopy of the ticket holder’s identity card.
Spectators are encouraged to arrive early to avoid long queues and to bring the necessary documents to ensure the verification process goes smoothly.

Distribution goods based on the ticket category
As a form of fan appreciation, iMe Indonesia will share goods BLACKPINK 2025 official based on the ticket category held by the public. Here are the details:
- Blink Pit Package (Standing) and Blink Package (Seating): Get a ticket wristband, VIP gift set, VIP laminate and lanyard, and a raincoat.
- Platinum: Get the Ticket Bracelet and Raincoat.
- Categories CAT 1–4 and Limited Viewing: Get a wristband for your ticket.
Overview of BLACKPINK’s concert at GBK Jakarta
The concert program applies the same for the first and second day, with a modified program, namely as follows:
- 11.00 WIB: The gate (entrance) begins to open.
- 11.00 WIB: opening of the merchandise stand dedicated to Visa Infinite card holders.
- 12.30 WIB: merchandise purchases open for all ticket categories.
- 3.00pm WIB: Entrance to the seating category opens.
- 5.30pm WIB: Entrance to the Blink Pit area opens (audience standing near the stage).
- 6.30pm WIB: Main show begins.

Rules for what you can and cannot bring
To maintain mutual comfort and safety, the promoter also determines a list of items that are allowed and prohibited from entering the concert area.
What is allowed:
- Physical ticket or wristband
- Wallet and personal identification
- Cell phones and power banks
- Memory cards
- The official glow stick of BLACKPINK
- Masks, wet wipes, hand sanitizer, sunscreen and deodorant
What is not allowed:
- Food and drinks from outside
- Professional camera, selfie stick, tablet/iPad, drone, tripod
- Sharp weapons, alcohol, cigarettes or vaporizer
- Large banners, envelopes larger than A4 paper
- Activities to record videos or do live streaming during concerts.
- Pet
In addition to this, spectators are invited not to climb onto chairs and not to carry objects that may disturb the comfort of other people.
