The central-level Pancasila Holiness Day 2025 ceremony was held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at the Pancasila Sakti Monument, Jakarta. The ceremony will begin at 08.00-08.31 WIB. The arrangement is as follows:

• The ceremonial troops are already in the preparation area
• First trumpet
• Second trumpet
• The ceremonial troops enter the ceremony site

At the regional level, the 2025 Pancasila Holiness Day ceremony will take place at provincial, district and municipal government offices starting at 08:00 local time. The carrying out of the ceremony was determined with the following sequence of main events:
1. General respect towards the Ceremonial Inspector led by the Ceremonial Commander
2. Preparation report from the Ceremony Commander
3. A moment of silence led directly by the Inspector of Ceremonies
4. Reading of the text of the Pancasila
5. Opening reading of the 1945 Constitution
6. Reading of the pledge
7. Read the prayers
8. Sing Andhika Bhayangkari song (if possible)
9. Final report from the ceremony commander that the series of events is complete
10. General respect returns to the Inspector of Ceremonies
11. With closing, the ceremony is declared concluded

In the educational unit environment, the implementation of the 2025 Pancasila Holiness Day ceremony refers to the official guidelines that have been established. The main program of the ceremony is as follows:

2. Report of the Master of Ceremonies on preparation for implementation
3. A moment of silence led by the Master of Ceremonies
4. Reading of the text of the Pancasila
