Jayapura (ANTARA) – Papua Regional Police appreciates the success of Bripda Dita Aulia Permata Putri for winning a gold medal in the women’s +70 kg class in the Police Chief’s Cup 2025 judo championship held in Jakarta, Friday (25/7).
“The achievements of Brigadier Dita Aulia and her colleagues are the result of dedication, hard training and the spirit of never giving up,” Papua Police Human Resources Chief Commissioner Hengky Pramudya said in Jayapura on Saturday.
In addition to Brigadier Dita, the Papuan Police sent three other athletes to compete in the 2025 National Police Chief’s Cup, namely Brigadier Kadek Arfclinton Muliaartha who competed in the men’s +81kg class, Brigadier Yonas Saul Rumpaidus (-81kg men) and Brigadier Feronika Melanesya Rumbewas (-70kg women).
Aiptu Victor Christian D. Munjungrouw leads the Papua Police team as coach accompanied by Brigadier Kadek who also acts as an officer.
Bripda Dita Aulia’s victory is an achievement of great pride for the Papua Police because her success in winning gold is proof that Bumi Cenderawasih athletes are capable of competing at a national level and have great development potential, said Commissioner Hengky Pramudya.
Bripda Dita is responsible for the financial sector of the Papua Regional Police on a daily basis.
The National Police Chief’s Cup Judo Championship, which was opened by Central Bhayangkara Judo Association (PJB) President Inspector General of Police Daniel Adityajaya, who is also the Bali Regional Police Chief, was attended by 264 participants who were members of the National Police from all over Indonesia.
