The building, which has been closed since the pandemic, once housed Bradesco’s largest branch — until the 1990s, it alone had sales equivalent to Brazil’s eighth-largest bank at the time and employed 1,000 people. Now it’s reopened, but slimmed down for the new era.
The architectural lines of the entire building will be modernized and technologically updated. This project is intended for mixed use. The upper floors of 19 (18,000 square meters) will be used as Bradesco’s own area, while the five-storey block from the ground floor will be used for commercial purposes with shops, restaurants, galleries and leisure areas.
