More than 1,000 family doctors and pediatricians who have extended their careers thanks to “enhanced active retirement” could retire on December 28th. And there are no spare parts either. This extension is not privileged. This patch is required in the event of a structural failure. The lack of planning over the past 20 years has left a generational talent pool empty. Many veteran doctors continue their work out of dedication, not out of obligation.
