Neymar Pai’s new home has a private elevator that connects his apartment with a parking lot and the Cidade Jardim shopping center, one of the most sophisticated shopping centers in the capital, São Paulo. This information was revealed last Sunday (9th) by the website “Leo Diaz”. Luciana Jimenez and her ex-husband lived there for more than 10 years, but after they separated in 2018, they decided to get rid of the property.
This place attracts attention due to its size. In addition to the seven spacious suites, some rooms feature a wine cellar, beauty salon, music studio, terrace with barbecue and city views, massage room, bathtub and lounge. Amazingly, this condo is worth R$34,800 per month.
Earlier this year, what was said to be Brazil’s most expensive apartment building was put up for auction by the venerable Sotheby’s. The original bid for the home was from US$4 million (equivalent to $21.3 million), which was a significant discount. However, the auction was canceled without any explanation.
