A 30-year-old pizza delivery worker was robbed and killed in the line of duty last Sunday night (September 11) at Estrada Lago dos Patos in Itapevi, in the São Paulo metropolitan area.

The victim, Bruno Leonardo Ribeiro Reis, was working as a motorcycle courier when he was approached by two armed criminals. According to military police information, the suspects arrived on another motorcycle, announced a robbery, fired at the workers, and fled on the victim’s motorcycle. Bruno could not survive his injuries and died at the scene before help arrived.

Police teams searched the area but no suspects have been arrested so far. The case was registered as a robbery at Itapevi Central Police Station.
