these are Cars no longer available for distribution in Cartagena Today, November 10th, due to the vehicle restriction program known as Pico y Placa.
The day of the week, time of day, type of car and number plate finish will determine which cars will be banned from circulation this Monday.
This vehicle ban changes daily, so it is very important to stay informed and avoid any unpleasant surprises when driving on the streets of Colombian cities.
