Two men who died in clashes with military police hours before security forces entered the complex in Alemán and Peña on Sunday were included in a list of deaths from containment operations announced by civilian police.
One of them was appointed Red Army commander in Espírito Santo by the governor and was mentioned by Claudio Castro (PL) as one of the suspects killed in this battle.

The names of Alisom Rocha, known as Russo, and Michael Douglas Rodriguez are on the police list. The two were taken to Salgado Filho Municipal Hospital about four hours before the attack, which killed 121 people, including four police officers, according to documents obtained by the report.
The medical assistance number registered with the hospital is also included in the autopsy records and in the investigation into the death, which occurred after a confrontation with a police officer on routine patrol.
Initially, the identifying information was not included in the case file, but the report found that the document had been updated to include the name.
While being treated, the two told officers that they were leaders of the CV and that they had left the complex after receiving leaked information that an operation was taking place.
