Cebrae will use COP30 to announce a communication focused on expanding Amazon’s innovative companies into international markets. Inova Amazônia – Global Edition will be presented tomorrow at the Green Zone of the Climate Conference in Belém.
The new notification will select 80 companies in the Amazon region that have already participated in the acceleration program and have demonstrated high growth potential. We focus on startups born with scientific evidence, positive environmental impact and the ability to compete globally. The plan aims to train companies in stages, from building projects in line with the Amazon bioeconomy to working with international investment funds.
— We participated in COP30 with businesses that can transform the entire production chain and attract international investment. The Global Edition was created to accelerate the global expansion of these companies – says Bruno Quick, Technical Director at Sebrae.
Sebrae said the new notification is an outgrowth of the Inova Amazônia program, created four years ago, which has already accelerated support for 409 companies (17% of which have filed patents and 22% have received investments) and provided entrepreneurs with R$16 million in grants.
