The U.S. Geological Survey announced this Sunday that new eruption Kilauea volcano in Hawaii. This is another episode of a normal occurrence we’re used to seeing in the crater.
This recent eruption originated from multiple mouths in one of the summit craters. in spite of no risk It left a very impressive image of housing and infrastructure.
The volcano has been permanently active and erupting since December 2024. Most episodes last approximately one day or less and are separated by the following time periods: A break lasting several days.
The locations are: height 1,247 meters and one of the volcanoes most active on earth. This is one of the so-called shields and is the newest and active of the five shields that make up the Big Island of Hawaii.
Appeared on the sea a few years ago 70,000 years. It is the second youngest volcano to form on the Hawaiian hotspot and is the current eruptive center of the Hawaii-Emperor seamount chain.
