  • 2 cans of milk (measured with condensed milk cans)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar (black tea)
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • Red food coloring to your liking

How to prepare

  1. Add sugar and food coloring to the pot. Bring to a boil and melt until a thick, glossy caramel forms.
  2. Carefully add hot water and stir until liquid again.
  3. Pour the red syrup into the pudding mold, spread it over the sides and let it cool.
  4. Blend the eggs in a blender until they become voluminous. Then add condensed milk and milk and mix until a creamy mixture is formed.
  5. Tip: If you want a pudding without holes, let the mixture rest for a few minutes before baking.
  6. Pour the mixture into the caramelized mold and add your favorite cut strawberries to the pudding.
  7. Bake in a medium oven (180°C) for about 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until set.
  8. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate before removing from the mold.
  9. Top with fresh strawberries and red syrup for an even more enchanting look.
