After Taís Kalra fainted on Monday afternoon (October 11) and had to be rushed to a hospital in São Paulo, the influencer’s husband Israel Reis publicly gave an update on his wife’s health. He also revealed whether the episode was related to the bariatric surgery she underwent a few months ago.
According to her husband, the influencer suffered a severe migraine attack while having lunch with her family at a shopping mall in the capital of São Paulo. The LeoDias portal also said that the influencer had already been discharged from the hospital and was recovering at home with medication support.

He also said in the publication that the symptoms were not related to Thais Kalra’s bariatric surgery. “There’s no connection,” he said. The influencer underwent surgery in April this year and has since lost more than 70kg.
Doctors said the crisis was caused by too much caffeine and lack of sleep. Tice, who is also a dancer, will undergo rigorous rehearsals that will take away her rest to prepare for the performance, her husband said.
Thais Kalra posted on social media expressing the fatigue caused by daily life. “From here to here, everything started to hurt a lot. And from the very strong pain that started here, I started seeing stars and everything became a little blurry. (…) I started feeling dizzy and said, ‘I don’t feel well, I don’t feel well, take me to the hospital,'” he reported.
“Having ADHD, I sometimes get so focused on what I want that I forget about myself (…) And then the result came and it was a migraine, which I have to treat,” he added.
