creamy panna cotta recipe

Blackberry syrup:
- 200g blackberries
- ¾ cup sugar (black tea)
- 2 tablespoons brandy or whiskey
- 2 tablespoons water
Panna cotta:
- Cream 600ml
- 250ml milk
- 200g sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 1 pack of unflavored gelatin powder

How to prepare
Blackberry syrup:
- Place all ingredients in a pot and heat over medium heat.
- Stir constantly until a thick, glossy syrup is obtained.
- Allow to cool completely before using.
- Serve over panna cotta and enjoy.
Panna cotta:
- Combine cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan.
- Dissolve gelatin in a small bowl with 4 tablespoons of milk.
- Add the melted gelatin to the saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat as soon as small bubbles start to form around the edges (do not let it boil)
- Pour into pudding molds or individual pots (no need to grease).
- Cover with plastic wrap and let cool at room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 5 hours until set and creamy in texture.
- Carefully remove from the mold and drizzle with blackberry syrup.
