This Friday, Day 14, Live from courage will feature a special edition discussing the findings of a new edition that evaluated 173 large and mid-market companies in 2025 using the Ipsos Institute methodology. Twenty-eight organizations will be honored across 22 sectors of the economy, across eight thematic axes and two special categories (Companies Outstanding in Black and Brown Women and the Advancement of Women on Boards).
Conducted by career editors value The live performance by Stella Campos will be attended by Silvia Fazio, President of WILL, Rafael Pisetta, Senior Manager of Corporate Reputation and Public Opinion at Ipsos, and Marta Uribe, Vice President of Human Resources and Global Leader of Youth Initiatives at Nestlé Brazil.
Participants will discuss recent achievements in inclusion and equity in business, as well as consider the challenges and barriers that still prevent more women from reaching the top of their organizations, and the themes that should be at the center of this agenda in 2026.
Figures from this year’s survey examining recruitment, hiring and training processes will also be presented. Also, the extent to which companies achieve harmony between employees’ personal and professional lives, set goals and deadlines to promote gender equality, and tolerate the intersectionality of race, sexual orientation, emotional orientation, gender identity, and disability.
