A survey published by Paraná Pesquisas this Thursday (11/13) shows that Senator Sergio Moro (Unian, PR) leads in all scenarios for the Paraná government. The congressman appears to have a significant advantage over other candidates in every round.
In the state executive race, the former judge will receive 47.5% of the vote, followed by Requian Filho (PDT-PR) with 28.8% and Guto Silva with 7.8%, according to a stimulated poll. A total of 7.2% did not know or did not have an opinion. None/Blank/Blank is 8.8%.
In the second possible scenario, Sergio Moro has 44.2% of voting intention, followed by Requian Filho with 27.5%. And Alexandre Kurri had 13.8%. A total of 6.1% did not know or did not express an opinion. None/Blank/Blank is 8.4%.
A second round of voting by any of the mentioned candidates would result in the senator winning with over 50% of the vote.

Mr. Moro has criticized the Lula government for being lax in its anti-crime measures and has made recommendations.
The survey also asked voters who they thought was worthy of their support, including the current Paraná state governor, Racinho Jr. (PSD). In 38.3% cases, the governor must support Mr. Moro.
Regarding the current governor’s management, 84.3% approved and only 12.5% disapproved. According to the institute’s survey, 3.2% do not know or have no opinion.
Paraná Pesquisas interviewed 1,508 voters from 65 municipalities in the state of Paraná. Interviews were conducted individually from November 7th to 11th, 2025.
According to the institute, the confidence level for a representative sample of Paraná state reaches 95.0%, with a general result estimation error of about 2.6 percentage points.
