The São Paulo government’s public-private partnership (PPP) to build a new headquarters in the heart of the capital is expected to attract interest from at least two groups, people familiar with the matter said. Construcap could be developed by Spanish companies Acciona and Galapagos, along with an engineering company, according to people familiar with the matter. Other groups, including Simpar Group’s CS Infra and other engineering firms, are also analyzing the project and may continue to join the dispute. The auction is scheduled for November 28th.
