There were moments of extreme tension on the highway between Buenos Aires and La Plata after a tragic accident in which a minor was hit. It happened just a while ago, at the 18km mark.
Bernal residents blocked the highway in both directions. The situation is under investigation.
As Diario EL DIA has learned, it all started when “a minor was hit. The car fled, but the police had already caught him.”
The commotion caused the driver to flee, after which neighbors came to the highway to complain about the incident. The road was thus completely closed to traffic.
If you are returning to La Plata from Buenos Aires City, you can take the exit for Bernal. If you are heading to CABA, the last exit is Quilmes. Please note that delays may occur.
