Additionally, technical updates, aerodynamic adjustments and safety parameters for next year’s F1 were also approved. The possibility of requiring two pit stops during the race was also discussed, but the change was not implemented.
The first stage of the 2026 season in this category will be the Australian Grand Prix in March.
