How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a small saucepan (25cm x 20cm).
  2. Add corn, eggs, sugar, milk, and oil to a blender. Whisk until very homogeneous.
  3. Add cornmeal and yeast and mix for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour the dough into the prepared mold.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and, if desired, Parmesan cheese and mix.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
