A total of 14 people are said to have been directly or indirectly involved in the attack. According to G1, one of the targets of the investigation was identified as the gunman, and one of the people responsible for the plot was killed while executing an arrest warrant in Paraná state. A fourth suspect, who was in one of the cars used in the murder, has not yet been formally identified and is therefore not included in the final report.
