How to register workers with ARCA
All employers are required to register their workers on the ARCA Register, regardless of the number of hours worked or the type of contract. This step can be performed virtually and is a basic requirement.
The registration process begins by accessing the ARCA website using the corresponding tax code. If your employer does not have it, you must apply in advance.
Once accessed, you can simply enter the CUIL number to load the employee’s data, and the relevant information for that employee who already has an ARCA will be automatically filled in.
Next, the employer must fill in the remaining fields, such as the worker’s address, type of job, weekly hours worked, settlement method, compensation, and employment characteristics such as date of hire.
