Meanwhile, Podemos made it clear this week that it was willing to put parliament at risk. If by doing so they can strengthen themselves with the strategy they hope to revive from the ashes, that is, to convince former voters that they are purely left-wing and are the only ones forcing progressive decisions on the PSOE, which is beneficial.
They are determined to make the most of this speech and achieved a 3 percent vote share in the last European elections, just months before they were considered dead. He believes that by doing so, the Purple Tribe will be forced to approve. They are betting on the government that if the only votes missing are theirs, they will not dare to reject the budget bill. However, given what has happened with the transfer of immigration jurisdiction, I would not say so with such confidence.
