Pedro Scooby commented on Luana Piovani’s statement regarding pensions paid by surfers to their children. Together, the former couple are parents to three children, 13-year-old Dom and 10-year-old twins Bem and Liz.
In an interview, the artist revealed that the amount given by her ex-husband was much less than the costs of her children, and even said that she felt like a “single mother of two children.” Mr. Piovani currently lives in Portugal with his youngest children, and his eldest lives with his father in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

“We actually have three kids, right? She’s talking about Bem and Liz who live together, and Dom lives with me in Rio. So we’re trying our best to be close to them. She’s with Dom and I’m with Bem and Liz,” the surfer told Kem.

Mr Scooby said children were always welcome during the school holidays. “Normally they spend two months of their vacation with me, and I always go to Portugal at the end of the year. I try to go, right? I go to Portugal as much as possible,” he said. “I think she’s a great mother, a great actress, and a very beautiful person. I wish her all the best,” the surfer added.
Pedro Scooby also revealed what his dialogue with Piovani was like.
“When we disagree about the kids or something, some of our issues are resolved in court, but we communicate and try to communicate well and talk and make some decisions together. Living together, she ends up making more decisions about Bem and Liz’s life, and I end up making more decisions about Dom’s life. But we’re in constant communication, me and her, her and me.”

In an interview with Quem, Luana Piovani revealed that the amount her ex-husband gave her was far less than the cost of their children. “I feel like a single mom with two kids. I already felt like a single mom with three kids, and today I feel like a single mom of two,” she said. “The children’s father pays alimony, but the amount is much lower than what I spent on my children. In fact, this is one of the issues we are determining,” he said.
Regarding the term “solo mother,” Luana explained: “A solo mother is a woman who takes full responsibility for raising a child, dealing with all the responsibilities that come with mother and father responsibilities, not just financially, but also time commitment, attention, decision-making, and emergencies that arise and must be resolved by someone else.”
Luana Piovani also spoke about moving to Portugal. The actress moved to the country in 2019 while still married to Pedro Scooby. According to her, that decision was made by the two of them at the time. After the separation, the surfer decided to return to Brazil. He is currently married to Cynthia Dicker, with whom he has a daughter named Aurora.
“What people don’t understand, and I don’t think the children’s father understands either, is that the decision to come to Portugal was made by the couple. I didn’t take the children and take them there alone,” he stressed. “The idea was about the safety and freedom of the children who live here. The fact that he has a new family and is back in Brazil does not change the ideas or the reality that we made this decision together,” he added.
He added: “I don’t think it’s fair to throw away all the sacrifices we made when we crossed the Atlantic just because he decided to go back to Brazil and be content with the angry life he manages to endure in the midst of the violent realities that the people of Rio have to endure.”
