understand
Adir Mariano lived in the house for about 40 days, secretly storing fireworks. He is the brother of Alessandro de Oliveira Mariano, who police reports say was renting the house.
The body of a man who did not survive the explosion was discovered by the Special Tactical Action Group (GATE) bomb squad, which was alerted by the fire department during the aftermath. The family also went to scout the IML, but it was impossible due to the charred state.
Who was Adeel?
Civilian police said Adil Mariano was not well known in the neighborhood. The man had already been arrested by police for releasing balloons in 2011 and 2012, and was acquitted in 2015.
The suspect had already posted about the balloons on social media. In the case of the police, publications refer to the manufacture and sale of illegal products.
