Blackberry syrup:

• 200g blackberries
• ¾ cup sugar (black tea)
• 2 tablespoons brandy or whiskey
• 2 tablespoons water

Panna cotta:

• Cream 600ml
• 250ml milk
• 200g sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
• 1 pack of unflavored gelatin powder

How to prepare

Blackberry syrup:

1. Place all ingredients in a pot and heat over medium heat.
2. Stir constantly until a thick, glossy syrup is obtained.
3. Allow to cool completely before using.
4. Serve over panna cotta and enjoy.

Panna cotta:

1. Combine cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan.
2. Dissolve gelatin in a small bowl with 4 tablespoons of milk.
3. Add the melted gelatin to the saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly.
4. Remove from heat as soon as small bubbles start to form around the edges (do not let it boil)
5. Pour into pudding molds or individual pots (no need to grease).
6. Cover with plastic wrap and let cool at room temperature.
7. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours until set and creamy in texture.
8. Carefully remove from the mold and drizzle with blackberry syrup.
