The lucky man from Porto Alegre alone won more than R99 million in prize money in the 2,940 Mega Sena contest, which was drawn on Friday night (11/14). This bettor played a simple game worth 6 reais and won 60 tickets in the country’s main lottery.
The new billionaire played the game at a lottery ticket office in a tobacconist in the capital of Rio Grande do Sul state.
The following numbers were drawn in this Friday’s Mega Sena. 07-08-09-13-22-53.
The next Mega Sena draw will be held on Tuesday (11/18) and the prize money is expected to be R$ 3.5 million.

How to play
To bet, you must choose from 6 to 15 tens per card. A simple game with 6 numbers costs 6 reais. If you bet on 6 numbers, the odds of winning are 1 in 50,063,860. If you bet on 15 numbers, the odds increase to 1 in 10,003 for each card.
Bettors over the age of 18 can bet online. All you have to do is register on the official website, provide a credit card for payment, and follow the two-step registration process. After entering your data, you will receive a confirmation code (token) via email to validate your registration.
