Stockholm police have declared an accident after a bus crashed into a bus stop in the Swedish capital on Friday, killing three people.
The driver of the double-decker bus crashed into a stop near the city’s Royal Institute of Technology where several people were waiting, and the driver was hospitalized on suspicion of negligence and is under investigation, Swedish state television STV reported.
The deceased are currently awaiting identification, and two of the three injured are now out of danger but remain in hospital. There was no one else on the bus.
