How to prepare
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a small saucepan (25cm x 20cm).
- Add corn, eggs, sugar, milk, and oil to a blender. Whisk until very homogeneous.
- Add cornmeal and yeast and mix for about 30 seconds.
- Pour the dough into the prepared mold.
- Add a pinch of salt and, if desired, Parmesan cheese and mix.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
